RECIPE AND PROCESS

Natural Chicle Gum Base,already transformed as a Pre Chewing Gum,fully formulated with 100% natural ingredients,ready to add only flavors or colors or herbal extracts or functional active, which are selected.

For the integration of additional ingredients, it is only necessary to carry out, the mixed heating and continue with the finishing process.

 

 

Step1

Prepare your natural chewing gum.

Place your pre chewing gum , into the bowl you designated for making Real Chewing Gum.   Place the bowl in the electric oven and heat hot maximum of 65 C.                                               Remove your bowl from the electric oven and stir the pre-chewing gum, thoroughly. It should be completely melted. If not, place it back in the oven for another seconds.                   This process should be repeated until your pre-chewing gum has a soft, sticky consistency.

 

 

Step2 

Add the amount of drops of flavour or herbal extracts, designated by you in its formulation to the pre-chewing gum .Stir the mixture thoroughly.

 

Step3

Cut your real chewing gum. Roll your final real chewing gum dough into the shape of a long snake. Using clean scissors, carefully cut with cookie molds the snack into individual real chewing gum pieces.Use the powdered sweetener to lightly dust each piece before wrapping it for storage.
